Recruitment Consultant

Waypoint requires experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our successful sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling Supply Chain services within the business marketplace or a successful track record in business level recruitment. Candidates will need to demonstrate a process driven approach to formal business selling along with flair to create opportunity. We are looking for people with a strong desire to succeed and to provide an excellent informed recruitment service to their clients.

Resource Consultant

With a strong commitment to delivery we require Resource Consultants to work within our recruitment service delivery team.  The role is primarily focused on the research and resourcing of suitable Supply Chain candidates to fill roles within our client base. Candidates should be comfortable with proactive telephone work and have the tenacity to work in a busy energised sales environment. A background or interest in Supply Chain would be a distinct advantage as would a strong desire to evolve and progress within our business.
